Returns Policy

Personalised Orders

All personalised orders are printed/made to order, so, unfortunately, they cannot be returned unless they are faulty. We will not be able to issue a refund or replacement for you if the Product(s) are in a good condition but the content is wrong due to a mistake made when ordering.

Non-personalised Orders

Non-personalised items can be returned within 7 days of receipt but must be returned in a resaleable condition, i.e. unopened, packaging intact, items clean and undamaged, etc. Postage costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded. Items cannot be refunded due to an error at order. 

Damaged in Post 

We do not assume responsibility for products damaged, lost or undelivered by the delivery company.
